Bring it to a boil, reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sugar is melted. You’ll have extra sweet simple syrup on hand for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator for all kinds of treats!

2 cups ice, divided
2 shots espresso
1 tablespoon Classic Syrup
1/2 cup 2% or whole mil
Place 1 ½ cups ice in a cocktail shaker with the espresso, and Classic Syrup.
Shake 10-20 times, or until the outside of the shaker has a thin layer of condensation.
Place remaining ice in a large mug.
