Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grass-fed butter
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Cook garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and cream cheese.
- Slowly add Parmesan cheese, constantly stirring until well incorporated and sauce thickens, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper.
