Vegan Almond Flour Waffles (Fantastic!)

Brunch is not complete without these delicious Vegan Almond Flour Waffles! Perfect for gluten-free and animal-free diets!

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup gluten-free all purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

1 cup non-dairy milk

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp non-dairy butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Make a well in the dry ingredients, then slowly pour in the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.

Heat a mini waffle maker. Let batter rest while waffle maker is heating. 

Once heated, scoop a 1/4 cup of batter into the mini waffle maker, close, and cook 4-5 minutes (or according to your waffle maker’s instructions).  

Remove from the mini waffle maker and serve warm with fresh berries & maple syrup. Enjoy!

Notes

If the batter seems too thick, add 1/4 cup of non-dairy milk and re-stir.
