Coconut Milk From Raw Coconut
- 1 cup diced coconut meat
- 2 cups filtered water
Coconut Milk From Dried Coconut
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2 cups filtered water
Coconut Milk from Coconut Milk Powder
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk powder
- 1 cup hot filtered water
Instructions
Coconut Milk from Fresh or Dried Coconut
- Blend the coconut meat or dried coconut in a high speed blender or food processor until the coconut meat is pureed.
- Strain the coconut milk and store in a container.
Leftover coconut pulp can be recycled and made into coconut flour.
Coconut Milk from Coconut Powder
- Mix 3 tablespoons of coconut milk powder with 1 cup of hot filtered water. Mix and store in an air-tight container.
