Virgin Piña Colada Recipe

Looking for the refreshing taste of pina Coladas but without the alcohol? My Virgin Pina Colada recipe is the perfect solution! Blended with fresh pineapple and coconut cream, and is sweetened with coconut sugar. This recipe is dairy-free and paleo-friendly!



  1. Chop up the pineapple into 1-inch pieces and set aside.
  2. Add the pineapple and ice into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour one can of coconut cream, 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple juice, and 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice) into the blender.
  4. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth with some ice chunks.
  5. Pour the virgin pina coladas into two-8 ounce glasses.
  6. Garnish with fresh pineapple slices and serve.
