Sweet, creamy, and bright, this watermelon smoothie has it all. It’s the perfect breakfast or afternoon pick me up!

Ingredients

3 cups frozen watermelon chunks

1 cup almond milk, or other milk of your choice

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup fresh or frozen spinach leaves

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

Place all the ingredients into a blender.

Process until smooth.

Pour into 2 glasses, and serve immediately.
