These cookies are not only tasty, but they’re also healthy! They are the simplest cookies you can make and are made without flour, sugar, butter, or eggs!

INGREDIENTS

Desiccated Coconut

Banana

Vanilla

STEP 1

Mash the banana

STEP 2

Mix in the vanilla extract.

STEP 3

Then add in the shredded coconut and mix well.

STEP 4

Form into round cookie shaped discs and place on cookie sheet.

STEP 5

Bake 350° F for 25 minutes or until golden.
