HOW TO MAKE TOASTED COCONUT

STOVETOP METHOD  STEP ONE

Pour the desired amount of dried shredded coconut into a pan.

STEP TWO

Heat over medium heat, constantly stirring to prevent burning. The coconut will toast quickly, so make sure not to take your eyes off the pan.

COOK UNTIL THE COCONUT IS GOLDEN BROWN.
