This easy to make white chocolate coconut fudge is made with simple ingredients and comes together in under an hour.

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients in a large heat-proof bowl and microwave for 2-4 minutes. Stir and continue to heat in 30 second intervals until the chocolate is melted.
  2. Pour the melted fudge mixture into a silicon pan or a pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish with a rubber spatula. Top with coconut flakes or toasted coconut.
  4. Tap the pan to release any air bubbles in the fudge.
  5. Freeze for 30 minutes to an hour.
  6. Once set and frozen, remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into bit-size pieces.
  7. Store leftover fudge covered at room temperature for a few days or in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
