Thank you!
You may not be surprised that we use a lot of coconut oil and coconut flour in our home. I’ve been using Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil and Coconut Flour for several years. If you order by clicking on any of my links and have never ordered from Tropical Traditions in the past, you will receive a free book on Virgin Coconut Oil, and I will receive a discount coupon for referring you.
What I Buy From Tropical Traditions:
Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil – Great for making coconut oil chocolate bars, metabolism boosting coconut fudge and whipped coconut oil body butter!
Organic Expeller Pressed Coconut Oil – Excellent alternative for those who don’t want their food to taste like coconut! We use expeller pressed coconut oil for everyday cooking and for frying foods (which we only do on special occasions).
Organic Coconut Flour – Used for grain and gluten free baking, coconut flour is very unique! We use it to make muffins, bread, sandwich buns, cookies, brownies and for breading.
Coconut Cream Concentrate (Coconut Butter) – One of my all time favorite coconut products! Coconut cream concentrate can be used to make dairy free frosting, coconut spread, coconut cake and so much more!
Shredded Coconut Flakes – I always keep coconut flakes in my pantry so I can make homemade coconut milk anytime I need to!
Costco meets Whole Foods Online! Thrive Market has made accessing Wholesome, Organic, Non-GMO foods at affordable prices possible for everyone. They carry popular Organic, Non-GMO Food & Health Items for 25% – 50% Below Retail Price.
Coconut Products I Buy From Thrive:
Coconut Milk – I love to make my own coconut milk but there are times I like to have the convenience of organic canned (bpa free) coconut milk for making coconut milk ice cream or coffee creamer.
Coconut Sugar – Coconut sugar has the rich sweetness of coconut nectar, but is dehydrated and crystallized in a way so as to better mimic sugar. This is a much healthier sweetener for those with diabetes, or can only process sweeteners with a low glycemic index.
Coconut Aminos – Looking to eliminate soy from your diet? Coconut aminos are here to help! They bring all the savory goodness of soy sauce but contain none of the unhealthy grains. They’re also stocked with healthy aminos.
Healthy Fats & Oils
Extra Virgin Olive Oil– Coconut oil is wonderful for cooking but there are some things I prefer to use olive oil for. I use olive oil in my homemade mayo, salad dressing and marinades. Did you know that most olive oils are cut with toxic vegetable oils? Yuck! It’s best to buy pure olive oil from a farm you trust. I buy my olive oil here.
Ghee – This paleo friendly fat is amazing for so many dishes. Ghee is rich in vitamins A, E and K2. It’s great for cooking with (482 degree smoke point).
Raw Cocoa Butter – Homemade chocolate anyone? Or how would you like to use this nourishing butter to moisturize your skin? Raw cocoa butter is amazing for making yummy treats and for the skin.
Flours – Gluten and Gluten Free Grains
Salt – All natural sea salts
Sweeteners – Wholesome sweeteners
Chocolate & Vanilla
Gelatin – Learn about the health benefits of adding gelatin into your diet here.
