KFC is rolling out one of the biggest transformations in its history, unveiling a major brand refresh that includes new menu offerings, expanded beverage options and updated restaurant designs.
The fast-food giant announced the changes as part of a broader effort to modernize the brand and attract younger consumers. The overhaul will be introduced across global markets throughout 2026, according to company officials.
New menu focuses on boneless chicken and sauces
One of the biggest changes involves KFC’s menu. The company plans to expand its selection of boneless chicken products, a category that has grown increasingly popular among customers seeking more convenient options.
KFC is also introducing more than 20 new sauces designed to give customers additional ways to customize their meals. The move comes as many restaurant chains invest heavily in signature sauces and flavor-focused menu innovations.
The company says the changes are intended to complement its traditional fried chicken offerings rather than replace them.
New beverage platform launched
KFC is also launching a new beverage program called “KWENCH by KFC.” The platform will feature a variety of new drink options to expand the chain’s beverage business and provide additional reasons for customers to visit restaurants. (It’s available in the UK and other select countries right now.)
Beverages have become an increasingly important growth category for fast-food brands, with many chains introducing specialty drinks and limited-time offerings.
Restaurants getting a new look
In addition to menu updates, KFC is refreshing its visual identity with updated branding, redesigned restaurant interiors and a modernized logo.
The company says the new look is intended to create a more contemporary experience while still honoring the brand’s heritage and its connection to founder Colonel Harland Sanders.
A major investment in the future
The changes represent one of the largest updates KFC has made in years as competition in the fast-food industry continues to intensify.
While longtime customers can still expect to find the chain’s signature fried chicken, they may soon notice new flavors, new drinks, and a fresh restaurant experience as the rollout continues worldwide.
