The Most Obese States in America (You Won’t Guess #1)

Intro

Intro — No judgment here … I’ve been “obese” at various points in my life, based on having a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or above.

For this ranking, we went straight to the CDC’s data (we averaged the two latest years to normalize for sample sizes).

Spoiler alert: In every single state in America, at least 1 in 5 adults is obese.

In the most obese state, more than 2 in 5 adults are obese…we didn’t guess the state’s name, and we don’t think you will either!
