As the founding state of Trader Joe’s, California already has 147 of them!
But the rich get richer, with four more stores, including a second one in Sherman Oaks expected later this year…
– Northridge, CA (9224 Reseda Blvd in 2024)
– Sherman Oaks, CA (14140 Riverside Dr in 2024)
– Tarzana, CA (2025)
– Vista, CA (2025)

Maryland will be getting the Town Square location in Rockville in 2025.
You could almost count this as a DC location since Rockville is a suburb.
Spoiler alert, DC’s getting two of its own!

Two DC neighborhoods are getting their own locations in 2025:
– Brookland (701 Monroe St NE)
– Friendship Heights (5335 Wisconsin Ave NW)
(And yes, we know DC isn’t technically a state.)

Alabama will get its third Trader Joe’s location in 2025
This one will be at 1771 Montgomery Hwy in Hoover, AL.

The Tottenville store will going in at 6400 Amboy Rd in Staten Island.

Near Philly, the Berwyn location will be at 550 Lancaster Ave sometime in 2025.

There’ll be not one but two new locations in Washington in 2025:
– Bellingham … the second location in the city, aka, North at 4255 Meridian St
– Seattle … the sixth Seattle location, this one at 8726 Greenwood Ave

In 2025, a new Trader Joe’s will open at 1605 Halcyon Days Trail in Alpharetta.

Trader Joe’s latest Tampa area location will be in Palm Harbor at 33591 US Hwy 19 N. It’ll open soon because it’s slated for 2024.

As a belated thank you for cultivating the Bing cherry, Milwaukie will get a Trader Joe’s at 15574 SE McLoughlin Blvd. Unless there’s a delay, it’ll be within the next two months as we close out 2024.
