Intro

Costco’s back at it with fresh items hitting shelves, and let me just say – wow.
Yet again, it’s a great time to be a Costco member!
(Said as someone who just renewed their membership.)
And let me be clear…

Intro (continued…)

I say that knowing full well that Costco has also unfortunately discontinued loads of my favorite foods.
Costco gives, and it takes.
But let’s face it – it gives more!
And let’s get excited for this first new item hitting shelves…
Shutterstock
#1: Unreal dark chocolate variety pack

Price: $16.99
This is 15.4 ounces of UNREAL chocolates (individually-wrapped servings of their dark chocolate peanut butter cups, dark chocolate caramel peanut nougat bars, and dark chocolate peanut gems), so almost a pound of chocolate. Delicious, up to 40% less sugar according to the packaging, and a great price as always at Costco.

#2: Corn nuts variety box

Price: $17.99
This box has 16 individual bags of corn nuts in it, six original flavor, six ranch, and four bbq.

#3: Werther’s hard candy

Price: $8.99
You might be thinking, “$8.99 for some Werther’s candies seems like a lot.”
And normally, it would be – but this is a 39.75 oz container, so you’re getting about 2.5 pounds of them.
And for that many…it’s a great price point.

#4: Tiramisu cheesecake

Price: $23.99
This 4.5 pound cheesecake, courtesy of Costco’s amazing bakery team, isn’t available at every Costco, so check in with your local warehouse.
In addition to being appropriately Costco-sized, it’s also absolutely delicious – a dark crust (graham and cocoa), a cheesecake flavored with cold brew, and whipped topping made with mascarpone.
Get a Costco pizza and a bottle of red wine, and you’ve got a full Italian meal!

#5: Kirkland Signature honey mustard snack mix

Price: $11.99
If you like honey mustard flavor (and who doesn’t), and if you’ve got space for 30 ounces(!) of snack mix…this is a steal.

#6: Knipschildt dark chocolate truffles

Price: $49.99
You’re getting good-quality dark chocolate truffles at a price of about $2 each. That’s a good deal (and you can tuck them away for Mother’s Day).

#7: Lay’s oven baked mix variety pack

Price: $22.49
I love when Costco stocks baked chips – they’re so much healthier!
And with this 30-pack, you get:
– 7 bags of Lay’s baked bbq
– 9 bags of Lay’s baked original flavor
– 5 bags of Ruffles baked cheddar and sour cream
– 9 bags of Cheetos baked
Hard not to love that – and again, for less than $1 a bag. (Try getting that price at any sandwich shop.)

#8: Godiva Belgian heritage collection chocolate gift box

Price: $29.99
With 15 chocolate pieces, this is your standard (for Costco) $2 per truffle offer – which is a much better deal than I see elsewhere. Another great Mother’s Day opportunity!

#9: Snak club snack mix – cajun style!

Price: $17.49
This is six bags containing 6.75 oz of snack mix each. That’s a lot of mix for not a lot of money – and with a great kick too!

#10: Kettle chip potato chips (variety pack, 36 bags, 1.5 oz each)

Price: $22.99
If you’ve ever bought individual-sized kettle chip bags retail, you know they usually run something like $1.50 each in the grocery store and more like $2.79-$2.99 at a sub shop.
Here you can get them for…about 64 cents each.
That’s an awesome deal. I’d go back and buy more, but there’s an even better deal…
Shutterstock
#11: Cape Cod chips (36 bags, 1 oz each)

Price: $15.99
Cape Cod chips are probably the best mass-market chips around. And with this variety pack, not only are you getting them for slightly more than 50 cents a bag (which is an incredible deal)…
But you also get three flavors – original, sea salt and vinegar, and sweet mesquite barbeque (12 bags of each).
Run, don’t walk.
