Culver’s is preparing one of its most ambitious menu updates in recent memory, with the popular Midwest-based restaurant chain unveiling plans to introduce a wave of new food and dessert offerings throughout 2026.
The company says its new menu strategy is designed to blend innovative flavors with the Wisconsin-inspired classics that have helped make Culver’s a customer favorite. The rollout will include four new Pub Burgers, pumpkin-inspired desserts, two new Flavor of the Day frozen custard options, and a reimagined version of one of its classic menu items inspired by Wisconsin supper club traditions.
New burgers and seasonal treats on the way
While Culver’s has not yet revealed the full details of each menu item, it said the new Pub Burgers will feature inventive sauces, unique protein pairings, and the return of fan-favorite flavors. The chain also plans to debut several pumpkin desserts this fall, expanding its lineup of seasonal treats. Two brand-new Flavor of the Day options will also join the restaurant’s rotating frozen custard menu.
“Our goal for 2026 is to deliver flavors that spark curiosity and keep guests coming back,” Kasey McDonald, Culver’s head of culinary, said when announcing the new menu strategy. The company noted that guest feedback played a major role in developing the upcoming offerings, following the success of recent limited-time items such as its Jalapeño Cheese Curds and revamped chicken sandwich lineup.
More than just new menu items
In addition to the food updates, Culver’s is expanding features within its Delicious Rewards loyalty program. Guests will soon be able to save favorite menu items, receive notifications when preferred Flavors of the Day are available, and even share rewards points with friends and family.
The menu additions will roll out gradually throughout 2026 across Culver’s more than 1,000 restaurants in 26 states. The company says additional details about each limited-time offering will be announced closer to their individual launch dates, giving customers several new reasons to visit throughout the year.
