Specific locations earn real loyalty, particular flavors – lemon pepper especially – draw consistent praise, and customers who walk in with calibrated expectations tend to leave satisfied. The chain’s growth suggests the formula is working for plenty of people. The dissatisfied voices are loud, but they’re not the whole story.
