And this Starbucks drink is the perfect example of flavors taking each other to new heights.
Lemonade.

Mint.
And when you whir them together in a tea mug, be prepared to grab that warm beverage and lean back in your chair with a sigh of joy.
You may actually even feel yourself exhale audibly.

Starbucks medicine ball recipe tips and substitutions
I drink this beverage because I love the combination of flavors. But, there’s a little clue in the name, which is “medicine ball tea.” Which means that if you’re feeling a cold coming on, maybe make yourself a double or triple batch of this tea and get it in the freezer. That way, if you’re feeling a titch under the weather, you can just pour some tea in a mug and microwave it for a minute or so to activate all of the healthy goodness.
As you can see in the recipe, I recommend Teavanna brand tea so you get the closest possible taste to the Starbucks version. But if you don’t have any close to hand…you can just reach for your favorite green tea and your favorite peach tea. And if they’re already your favorite types of tea, just think how amazing they’ll be when combined with honey, lemonade, and mint!

- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 Teavana Peach Tranquility tea bag
- 1 Teavana Jade Citrus Mint tea bag
- 1 ½ cups lemonade
- 1 tablespoon organic honey

This tea is a calming mix of lemon, honey, peach, and green tea with a kiss of mint!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
1 Teavana Peach Tranquility tea bag
1 Teavana Jade Citrus Mint tea bag
1 1/2 cups lemonade
1 tablespoon organic honey
Garnishes:
Mint sprigs
Lemon slices
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add the tea bags to the boiling water, and remove from heat.
Let steep for 2 minutes.
Add the lemonade and honey to the pan.
Bring to a simmer.
Pour into a mug, and garnish with mint and lemon.
