Binge drinking is defined by the CDC as having four or more drinks in one sitting for women and five or more drinks for men.
Not surprisingly, the CDC has a dataset from 2022 that measures this.

But given Wisconsin’s love of beer and hard liquor, I was amazed to learn that four states had a higher percentage of residents reporting that they binge drink.
