The States With the Most Dunkin’ (Guess Who Beat Massachusetts?)

Where does yours rank?

And perhaps more importantly – why is Massachusetts not #1?!

Data on Dunkin’ restaurants comes courtesy of vinepair; I then took Census 2020 data for state populations to calculate how many Dunkin’ stores there were per 100,000 population.

Total Across the USA — As of the 2020 Census, the United States had a total population of just over 314 million people.

And as of 2024, there were 9,608 Dunkin’ Donuts around the country.

So there are about 3.06 Dunkin’ Donuts stores per 100,000 population.
