#10: Chi Chi Cocktail

Essentially a piña colada, but with vodka. This frozen blend of pineapple juice and cream of coconut is silky, smooth, and ridiculously easy to sip. The perfect “intro to island mode” drink.
Quick Recipe: 2 oz vodka, 1 oz cream of coconut, 2 oz pineapple juice, crushed ice. Blend until smooth.

#9: Coconut Mojito

I love a classic mojito, but this recipe gives it a tropical twist. Lime, mint, and coconut come together with a splash of pomegranate for a drink that’s equal parts beachy and bougie. Trust me, it’s hard to stop at just one.
Quick Recipe: 2 oz white rum, 1 oz cream of coconut, 1 oz lime juice, fresh mint, splash of pomegranate juice, soda water. Shake and pour over ice.

#8: Coquito

A holiday favorite in Puerto Rico, but I’ll be sipping it year-round. It’s like eggnog got a coconut makeover — creamy, spiced, and spiked with rum. Serve it over ice and thank me later.
Quick Recipe: 1 cup coconut milk, 1 cup cream of coconut, 1 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 cup white rum, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Blend + chill.

#7: Batida de Coco

Coconut milk, condensed milk, and Brazilian cachaça = a dangerously good time. This sweet, smooth drink is made for lazy summer afternoons when you’re not moving from the hammock.
Quick Recipe: 1 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, 1 oz coconut water, 1.5 oz cachaça (or white rum). Shake or blend with ice.

#6: Coconut Margarita

A margarita, but tropical. Cream of coconut adds richness, and toasted coconut on the rim takes it to the next level. Serve it frozen or on the rocks — either way, it’s a crowd-pleaser.
Quick Recipe: 2 oz tequila, 1 oz triple sec, 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz cream of coconut. Shake and serve over ice with a coconut-salt rim.

#5: Painkiller Cocktail

The name says it all. Rum, pineapple juice, coconut, and a dash of nutmeg. It’s strong, sweet, and a certified vacation-in-a-glass. Add a pineapple slice and you’re basically in the Caribbean.
Quick Recipe: 2 oz dark rum, 4 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz orange juice, 1 oz cream of coconut. Shake + dust with nutmeg.

#4: Bushwacker

Dessert meets cocktail. This creamy mix of coffee liqueur, coconut, and rum tastes like an adult milkshake.
Quick Recipe: 1 oz dark rum, 1 oz Kahlúa, 1 oz cream of coconut, 1 oz milk or cream, 1 cup crushed ice. Blend until frosty.

#3: Blue Hawaiian Cocktail

It’s bright, it’s blue, it’s a pool party in a glass. Coconut cream, pineapple juice, and blue curaçao make this a head-turner (mini umbrella optional but encouraged).
Quick Recipe: 1 oz light rum, 1 oz blue curaçao, 1 oz cream of coconut, 2 oz pineapple juice. Shake or blend with ice.

#2: Coconut Rum Punch

This is the “I’m hosting a BBQ and want to impress people with zero effort” cocktail. It’s fizzy, fruity, and packed with coconut rum, orange juice, and grenadine. Looks fancy. Tastes even better.
Quick Recipe: 2 oz coconut rum, 2 oz orange juice, 1 oz grenadine, splash of ginger ale. Stir and garnish with an orange slice.

#1: Piña Colada (Of Course!)

No coconut cocktail list is complete without it. This 3-ingredient legend is creamy, pineapple-y perfection. Whether you serve it in a tall glass or a hollowed-out pineapple, it’s pure summer vibes.
Quick Recipe: 2 oz white rum, 1 oz cream of coconut, 2 oz pineapple juice, crushed ice. Blend and serve in something festive.
