These almond flour brownies are incredibly gooey, fudgy, and loaded with chocolate flavor. They’re the brownies of your dreams!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Fit an 8×8 pan with parchment. Reserve.
In a large bowl whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a second large bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla, and almond extract.
Gently stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Smooth out with an offset spatula.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out cleanly.
Let cool in the pan on a cooling rack for 5 minutes, and then remove the parchment and let cool completely before cutting into slices.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
