If you love Chick-fil-A (and really, who doesn’t?), then you’ve seen your fair share of favorites come and go.
Of course, there’s always gonna be the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich and a handful of other consistent performers – I expect the lemonade is never going anywhere – but certainly lots of great menu items have come and gone.
But every now and then…something delicious comes back.

More specifically, three beloved fan favorites that have been off-menu for some time are returning for a limited time starting on January 7th.
Get excited, because these are gonna be great.

The grilled spicy deluxe sandwich is an old favorite that was originally introduced back in 2021, but sadly disappeared from menus some time ago.
Let’s face it – it was never as popular as the spicy chicken sandwich, with its delicious Chick-fil-A breading…
But for those looking for a healthier spicy option – now it’s back for a limited time!

Chick-fil-A starts with a boneless chicken breast, marinates it in a blend of peppers, then grills it.
The sandwich marries the chicken breast along with lettuce, tomato, and Colby-Jack cheese, all on a toasted multigrain brioche bun.
They serve it with a packed of their Cilantro Lime sauce, which is great for cooling it down.
(If that’s what you want.)
If not – dip your fries in the sauce. Trust me, it’s delicious.

My thing with the lemonade vs limeade battles has always been, “why not both?”
And that’s exactly what Chick-fil-A’s beloved key lime lemonade, which was originally introduced in 2019 and is now back for a limited time, delivers.
If you remember the old Corona commercial that encouraged you to “find your beach” – this is that.

Chick-fil-A takes their already-delicious lemonade (or diet lemonade for those counting calories and limiting sugar) and mixes it with natural Key Lime flavor, which gives you this beautiful tropical taste.
It’s like a half-n-half lemonade/limeade, but made with great quality ingredients.

The Key Lime Frosted Lemonade is really peak Chick-fil-A.
(Well, ok, aside from the Peppermint shake.)
This is another fan-favorite drink that was introduced in 2019 and has made a brief but triumphant comeback.
And here’s why everyone loves it…

If you love ice cream and you love lemon and lime flavors – basically, if you love sherbet- then you will absolutely adore the Key Lime Frosted Lemonade.
It’s a combination of Chick-fil-A’s lemonade with natural Key Lime flavor and their ice cream.
I’m so excited to try it again when it comes out on January 7th!
