This drink is insanely elegant due to its sheer simplicity. Raspberry vodka combined with a fizzy non caffeinated soda. The flavor is divine, and it’s a stunner to look at.
What more can you want in a drink? It’s gorgeous, simple to make, and pretty much goes with anything.
For all intents and purposes this drink is a little black dress in a Collins glass!
Think of the look on your friends’ faces when you come out with a tray of these at your next dinner party.
Imagine how splendid these would look on a holiday table.
And finally, imagine how lovely these would be on a date night.
So, grab a glass and a couple of ingredients and get ready to make your newest favorite flavor combination!
Berry bomb ingredients, substitutions + tips
Just three:
- Ice
- 2 oz. raspberry vodka
- 1 (12 oz.) can clear mixer (for instance Sprite Remix, tonic water, or ginger ale)
A few notes – if you don’t have (or don’t like) raspberry vodka, feel free to sub in another flavor. Bing cherry vodka would be outstanding in this drink, as would citron, or even a huckleberry vodka!
As you know, I think this drink would be particularly wonderful served in a chilled Collins glass.
And if you’d like to turn this drink into a non-alcoholic “mocktail,” add 2 oz. raspberry cranberry juice cocktail instead of the raspberry vodka.
