Trader Joe’s is one of my top go-to stores for finding budget-friendly healthy food. Another excellent choice for anyone looking to use a coconut oil cooking spray. This one containers MCT oil and has a smoke point of 380 degrees F.
#4 Olidi
This brand makes great cooking sprays that include ghee and avocado oil. I was happy to see that they also make a coconut oil _ MCT oil based cooking spray. This one is a little more expensive, but it’s a great quality.
#5 Mantova
Last but not least is Mantova cooking spray. This brand is tasty but hard to find. I was only able to score this one on Amazon. Aside from being available, this coconut oil spray is delicious and a great option.
