Cracker Barrel just can’t seem to catch a break lately. (My view? They shouldn’t have gotten rid of these fan favorite dishes.)
On top of last year’s restaurant closures…
And of course the rebrand which has caught lots of flack…
(Although there’s a good argument to be made that it’s secretly brilliant…)
Cracker Barrel is STILL shrinking store count as it tries to find a better balance. The latest two victims:
- Just last month, Cracker Barrel closed a location in Asheville, NC
- Earlier this year, they shut down their only location in Maine
Cracker Barrel has had a rough 2025, no doubt – and unfortunately the hits keep coming.
