If you’ve heard of the keto diet – and certainly if you’ve ever followed it yourself – you know that keto is all about limiting carbs. The diet, praised for its effective approach to weight loss, works by replacing carbohydrates with fats and protein, so that your body remains in a ketogenic state and burns fat instead of carbs.
Unfortunately, no carbs means no pizza…there’s just no way around that. So if you’re on the keto diet, pizza delivery probably isn’t a frequent food order for you. But if you’re a big Domino’s fan and you’re craving the American favorite, or maybe the crew is ordering in and you don’t want to be left out, there are a couple of things on the menu that will keep your meal low-carb and keto-friendly.
We’ve gathered a complete list of keto-friendly items at Domino’s to make your life a little easier. Here’s everything on the menu that’s up for grabs if you follow the keto diet.

Keto-friendly food and drink items available on the Domino’s menu
If you’re eating keto at Domino’s, that means that a few obvious carb culprits are out, like their pizzas, their cheesy bread sticks, and their pasta dishes. But there are some other ingredients and items to watch out for as well, like the boneless chicken, which is breaded, and any pizza sauces, dipping sauces, or salad dressings that contain added sugar – since avoiding carbs includes avoiding sugar.
But luckily Domino’s has a few other options on the menu that are either keto-friendly as is or can be easily modified to be made so. While you’re unable to order any pizza (unless you just want a pile of toppings covered in cheese), it’s a little more meal-friendly to order Domino’s sandwiches without bread, so that’s always an option. And they offer a couple of salads on the menu, which are up for grabs, too!
A few of Domino’s dipping cups and salad dressings are keto-friendly, so you have some options to dip, dunk, and douse – feel free to make your meal a little more interesting with some Ranch dressing or Domino’s signature garlic dipping sauce. We’ve also included all of the keto-friendly toppings currently available at the pizza chain, which you can add on to your order for some extra protein, veggies, or fats.
A tip to keep in mind: not all of the modifications you may need to make will always be available online, so if that’s the case try calling your order in to make sure you can customize your meal accordingly.

Domino’s once introduced a crustless chicken pizza back in 2014, but it has since been removed from the menu. There are currently no crustless pizzas or low-carb pizza crust options at Domino’s in the US.
While many pizza chains now offer low-carb or gluten-free pizza crust options like cauliflower crust, unfortunately Domino’s does not currently have a cauliflower crust on their menu.
Unfortunately, Domino’s Specialty Chicken (in all variations) are breaded, so this item is not keto-friendly. However, the chicken wings can be ordered plain, which are a low-carb menu option.
