Coconut Water Ice Pops

These coconut water ice pops are super easy to make and can be very versatile. You can use any mix of frozen or fresh fruit to make them. We used mango, pineapple and blueberry on this batch.

Coconut Water Ice Pops




Fill popsicle molds (or cups if using) 3/4 way full of fruit of choice. Pour coconut water into molds and fill the rest of the way. Place molds in freezer. Allow popsicles to freeze completely before serving, about 5-8 hours. Once your popsicles are ready to serve, run the bottom of the popsicle molds under warm water to help release them from the molds.

These ice pops are refreshing and the perfect treat on a hot day! Enjoy!

    found a dried source of coconut water….but not organic and unfortunately didn’t look entirely natural also…look forward to trying this though!

    I love this idea! I don’t have popsicle molds, but need to get some (so I don’t have to use paper cups)

    No one has a problem with paying more than $6 for 8 oz of coconut water?

      I’m sure you can find it cheaper locally. I just linked to a good brand of coconut water I really like. I purchase it from my local health food store.
