This dairy-free coconut fudge is made with only three ingredients! This easy recipe uses sweetened condensed coconut milk, dark chocolate, and vanilla to make a decadent fudge.
Last week I shared a recipe on how to make sweetened condensed coconut milk, and since then, my mailbox has been flooded! So many of you were excited to make it and wanted me to share recipes that use it. This 3-ingredient coconut fudge is the first of many recipes I’ll share!
I’m so excited to share this recipe because it hit all the checkmarks for me when it comes to fudge. It’s dense, sweet, and decadent!
3-Ingredient Coconut Fudge Recipe
To get started, you’ll need a batch of sweetened condensed coconut milk, approximately 6 ounces, chocolate chips (I use stevia-sweetened dark chocolate), and vanilla extract.
Heat the sweetened condensed coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chocolate chips. Whisk the mixture until the chocolate is melted. Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
Alternatively, you can microwave the condensed milk and chocolate chips and add the vanilla after the mixture is mixed.
Next, pour the coconut fudge into molds or a small bread pan lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate the fudge until it’s set, about 1 hour then remove from the molds or bread pan and cut into squares. Serve immediately. Store leftover in an air-tight container.

I will be using canned coconut condensed milk already prepared I ordered online! Will this have the same result? I love the product but I’ve never used it to bake anything!
Thank you for your lovely ideas that you have shared!
Fudge recipe
Is there a typo in in the macro section? The carb listing does not make sense to me.
No, there isn’t a typo. There are 4 net carbs per square of fudge. The reason it doesn’t add up is that there are sugar alcohols in the swerve and they do not count towards total carbs. If you add all the ingredients into cronometer.com you’ll see that the total net carbs per serving are 4g. Hope this helps!
