Dutch Bros Coffee — the Oregon-born drive-thru giant known for its high-energy baristas and colorful drinks — is brewing up big expansion plans in the Sunshine State.
The fast-growing chain, which already operates over 1,000 locations nationwide, has been ramping up quite nicely in Florida.
By our count, it already has 18 locations with at least two more either under construction or in the final planning stages.

New Dutch Bros locations:
- Eustis (Lake County): This one just opened northwest of Orlando! It’s at 2880 South Bay Street — the site of a former Long John Silver’s.
- North Port: This Gulf side location is on their website as “Coming Soon!” and will likely be the next one to open. It’ll be at 14914 Tamiami Trail.
- Largo (Pinellas County): A brand-new Dutch Bros is rising at 2250 East Bay Drive. The location will feature the company’s signature double drive-thru lanes and walk-up window. It’s expected to open by early 2026.
A brand expanding east
Dutch Bros has traditionally populated the West Coast, but now it’s spreading fast across the Midwest and South. The company plans to open at least 160 new shops nationwide in 2025, and Florida appears to be a major target market.
The drive-thru concept, lightning-fast service, and creative drinks — like the “Annihilator” and “Shark Attack Rebel” — have made Dutch Bros a cult favorite among Gen Z and young professionals alike.
Why it matters for Florida
With Dunkin’ and Starbucks long dominating the Florida coffee scene, Dutch Bros’ entry adds a fresh, high-energy rival. Each new store brings dozens of jobs, late-night caffeine options, and a growing fanbase that swears by the brand’s upbeat vibe.
If early indicators are correct, more Dutch Bros locations could soon pop up across Central and South Florida — from Orlando to Tampa and beyond.
So yes — Florida coffee lovers, get ready. Dutch Bros is coming for your morning routine.
Curious who the biggest coffee drinkers in the world are? It ain’t the U.S.!
