These 4-ingredient maple candied pecans are such a yummy treat. This candied pecans recipe is made with wholesome ingredients and naturally sweetened with maple syrup.

I’ve always been a big fan of candied nuts. The sweet and salty combo is a win in my book.
Maple candied pecans are so delicious by themselves but I absolutely love them on top of salads. They add a nice crunch and sweetness to salad dishes, especially on winter salads!
Store bought pecan topping is so expensive and often has high fructose corn syrup and other unnecessary ingredients. Making candied pecans at home is so simple, you’ll never be temped to buy them again.
Maple candied pecans ingredients + substitutions
You only need 4 ingredients and 5 minutes to make these delicious maple candied pecans!
Ingredients Needed:
- Raw Pecans
- Coconut Oil
- Maple Syrup
- Sea Salt
Substitutions
- Coconut oil: Feel free to swap out the coconut oil for an equal part of unsalted butter, coconut butter, or vegan butter.
- Maple syrup: The combination of maple syrup and pecans can’t be beat in my opinion, but if you must, honey or brown sugar + water (to make a brown sugar simple syrup) would make the best substitutes.
- Sea salt: Fine sea salt really brings out all of the flavors. If you don’t have sea salt, you can use a pinch of table salt.
