Raising Cane’s has two new Florida restaurants on its November 2026 opening calendar, continuing the expansion that brought seven new Raising Cane’s restaurants to cities across the country in August. This time, the chicken-finger chain is targeting North Miami Beach and Jacksonville, with both openings scheduled before the end of November.
The North Miami Beach restaurant is slated for November 9 at 14025 Biscayne Boulevard. Jacksonville’s new restaurant is scheduled for November 23 at 4863 Gate Parkway in The Markets at Town Center. These are the chain’s announced opening dates, not a claim that either location is already serving customers.

North Miami Beach is scheduled for November 9
The first Florida opening on the schedule is at 14025 Biscayne Boulevard, North Miami Beach, FL 33181. That puts another Cane’s in northern Miami-Dade County, adding a new option for people looking for the chain’s chicken finger meals without traveling to another part of South Florida.
Raising Cane’s listed the Biscayne Boulevard address in restaurant crew hiring materials dated October 8. The company is preparing to staff the location for opening, and Monday, November 9, is its announced target date. Specific opening-day promotions and operating hours were not included in the national November schedule.
Jacksonville’s Town Center area is next
The second opening is planned for Monday, November 23, at 4863 Gate Parkway in Jacksonville. The restaurant will occupy a former Pollo Tropical site at The Markets at Town Center. Rather than start with a vacant lot, the project involves converting an existing restaurant building.
Jacksonville issued a construction permit in May for the Gate Parkway conversion. Local development records named W.H. Bass Inc. as the contractor and Raising Cane’s Restaurants LLC as the developer. The plans called for interior and exterior work, updated menu boards, and reuse of the covered patio and drive-thru lane.
Jacksonville already has a Raising Cane’s at 8308 Merchants Way in Oakleaf Station, which opened in July 2025. The Town Center restaurant would become another place for local customers to order the chain’s signature meals.
More Jacksonville growth is in the works, but it should not be confused with these two November openings. The chain’s official Jacksonville location directory also lists 10989 San Jose Boulevard as coming soon. That separate Mandarin-area project does not have an opening date in the November schedule.
Part of a larger November expansion
The two Florida restaurants are part of a 12-location November opening schedule spanning 10 states. Raising Cane’s also identified first restaurants in Brick, New Jersey; Fayetteville, North Carolina; and Sioux Falls, South Dakota, alongside additions in other established markets.
Raising Cane’s keeps its menu deliberately simple: chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and its signature Cane’s Sauce, along with drinks and combo options. The company has continued adding restaurants nationwide without building its business around an extensive rotating menu.
Both Florida target dates fall before Thanksgiving, when Raising Cane’s says its restaurants will be closed for the holiday. For anyone planning a visit, November 9 in North Miami Beach and November 23 in Jacksonville are the dates to watch. Confirm the final opening status and hours with the restaurant before heading out.
