- Fresh raspberries: If they aren’t in season or you just don’t have them handy, you can sub in frozen raspberries instead. As far as I’m concerned – you donβt have βfrozen fruit.β You have βraspberry ice cubesβ in your mocktail! Just let them thaw slightly in the bottom of the glass, and then muddle them like you would fresh raspberries. And then sit back and enjoy the chill!
- Cranberry apple raspberry juice: Feel free to just sub in 1/8 cup each of cranberry and apple juices – the raspberry juice will be mostly taken care of by the raspberries themselves. If you have to only pick one juice, I’d do apple so you don’t get hit with too much sour from the combo of cranberry, lemon, and raspberry.
- Bigger batches: A-ok! Feel free to triple or quadruple the recipe for a crowd! And you can mix everything together, just add ice before serving.
