Intro

There are 454 Trader Joe’s stores in the U.S. (we hand-counted on their site!).
But eight states have yet to feel the joy of a Mini (Almost) Everything Bagel Sandwich Cracker paired with a glass of Charles Shaw wine.
We’ll check those eight out in a minute, but first let’s see the states that are the most overserved, with at least 10 Trader Joe’s a piece!

We know what you’re thinking … California isn’t cheating based on its size. It not only has the most stores, but it also has the lowest number of people per store of any state!
And fair enough because the first store was opened in Monrovia, California, and Trader Joe’s is still headquartered there!
