Hi,
I suggest you use Flax egg, aquafaba, or applessauce as an egg substitute. Your recipes are almost vegan. Not only would it be eco-friendly, but way healthier for human consumption. Eggs are not good for us, no matter what false research the egg industry puts out. Its a great blog though! I’m not trying to get on your case. I am using your recipes just replacing the egg out. Thanks 🙂
Thanks for sharing, Gail! Did you mean to leave this comment on a food recipe? 🙂
Hey there. I am new to making my own products and I am really enjoying it. There is so much to learn, it’s very exciting. I’m crazy about coconut oil also. Can Coconut oil be used as a carrier oil just by itself? Or do I need to add jojoba oil or another oil with it? Thanks for your time!
How do you apply it to your face and how much do you use? I didn’t see any application instructions.
I have the same question! Looks lovely and I have all the ingredients for the 1st recipe but am a beauty product moron…no idea how to use a serum. Thanks!
I apply about 5-8 drops to my skin before bed and after I wash my face. Hope this helps!
The ingredients that are highlighted in pink and lead me to believe they are linked to where we can buy them, but it just opens up another identical page….is this a glitch? I’d like to see where you buy some of these things! Thanks!
Oops! Sorry about that. I’ve updated them. This is the link to buy essential oils: https://thecoconutmama.com/frankincense-essential-oil

What about adding aloe vera gel, vitamin E oil and vitamin C serum?
