Milkshakes are the best treat in the summer. They’re sweet and creamy and make the easiest dessert. This coconut shake is made with all coconut products and is full of coconut flavor.
While store-bought coconut ice cream can be used in this milkshake, I love the flavor of my homemade coconut ice cream. If you’re watching your sugar intake, use stevia or your favorite natural sweetener for this recipe!
HOW TO MAKE A COCONUT SHAKE
For this recipe, you’ll need one cup of coconut ice cream, half a cup of coconut milk, one teaspoon of coconut sugar, and toasted coconut.
Add the ice cream, coconut milk, coconut sugar, and toasted coconut. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds, or until blended.
Lastly, pour the coconut shake into a glass and top with coconut whipped cream and toasted coconut. Enjoy!
This recipe makes enough to fill a 12-ounce glass. Double the recipe if you’re making this for more than one person.
