If you’re not sure what is and isn’t gluten-free at Krispy Kreme…
And if you don’t feel like having to do a bunch of research to figure out what you can have…
Then you’ve come to the right place.
Krispy Kreme doesn’t have an easy-to-navigate website – you have to check each food and drink item individually for allergens on their own individual pages (no checklists in a chart setup, which would make this work a lot easier). It’s a pain to figure it all out!
That’s why I’ve done it for you. Everything you need to know about gluten-free food and drink at Krispy Kreme, all in one place – right below. Let’s dig in!

Gluten-free food on the Krispy Kreme menu
Unfortunately, Krispy Kreme doesn’t carry any gluten-free donuts or other food options on its menu.
(And even if it did – which, again, it doesn’t – there’s still a decent chance of cross-contamination. As Krispy Kreme notes – all of their food is made in facilities that also process peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, and wheat.)
It’s a real bummer.
You can always go to Dunkin’ and order off their gluten-free menu (although it’s only non-donut items, unfortunately, all their donuts have gluten as well), or you can make your own at home. This is actually quite a bit easier than you probably think it is – we’ve got several great homemade donut recipes you can choose from, including coconut flour, Keto, and chocolate donuts.
Gluten-free drinks (including coffee) on the Krispy Kreme menu
Fortunately, there are a LOT more gluten-free options on the Krispy Kreme menu (probably not a surprise – not a whole lot of wheat in most drinks). While some beverages come and go from time to time with toppings that DO contain gluten – as of right now, 100% of Krispy Kreme’s drinks are gluten-free.
Customizing or adding to your drink? You can use any of Krispy Kreme’s milk options (half-n-half, 2%, skim, and oat) – they’re all gluten-free. So you can customize as you like.
Additionally, Krispy Kreme’s sweeteners (sugar, equal, splenda, and cane syrup), and all of its toppings (whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, caramel drizzle) are gluten-free as well. Same, of course, with that extra shot of espresso you can add to your drink, and with the extra flavor shots (vanilla, caramel, caramel mocha, mocha, and original glaze). So customize to your heart’s content!

FAQ
Unfortunately no – all of Krispy Kreme’s donuts have gluten.
Yes. In fact, they have a promotion running right now giving away free donuts when people join their loyalty program.
If you have celiac disease and need to avoid cross-contamination, I think you can probably still order drinks from Krispy Kreme – just make sure to note in your order that you have allergens and make sure they change gloves so there’s no cross-contamination from the donuts.
