How To Make Dried Orange Slices
For this recipe you will need 2-3 oranges. Any variety of oranges will do, and you may also use other citrus fruits like blood oranges, lemons and limes.
Slice the oranges into thin slices, about 1/4 inch thick, and place on a plate. Dry the orange slices with a paper towel or cloth.
Place the oranges in a single layer on a dehydrator tray or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Dehydrate the oranges in medium-high heat for 6-8 hours, or until they’re dried. If your drying the orange slices in the oven, at 200 degrees ferinhight for 2-4 hours. You will need to flip the oranges every 30-45 minutes to ensure both sides get dehydrated.
