How To Sprout Brown Rice
Step 2: Strain water and leave the rice out to germinate.
Step 3: Rinse the rice every 6-8 hours for 2-3 days.
Sprouted Brown Rice Flour
- Sprouted rice as desired.
- Grain mill or Vitamix
- Dehydrate sprouted rice at 105 – 115 degrees for 24 hours or until grains are completely dry.
- Store grains in freezer until ready to use.
- A grain mill or a vitamix will grind your grains into a fine flour for baking.
