Apple Cider Vinegar Guacamole with Jalapenos and Red Onions + substitutions and tips
To make this delicious recipe, you’ll need:
- 2 medium avocados
- ¼ cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red or yellow onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno, seeded and deveined
- 2 tablespoons finely diced cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne
If you don’t have cilantro…you can omit it or swap in parsley.
If you’d like it hotter, add more hot smoked paprika and cayenne!
