There are things that bring us together on this beautiful blue rock that we all inhabit while floating through space.
Puppies, kittens, and French fries have all been known to put a huge smile on our collective faces.
Sunsets, the smell of freshly mown grass, and walks along the beach while swinging a hula-hoop makes us exhale and (possibly) feel kindly toward everyone and everything.
And then – of course – there’s ranch dressing.
The only thing that separates us is to the degree that we love it.
Some people are purists and only reach for it on a salad, or alongside crudité.
Other people eschew blue cheese dressing and crave ranch with chicken wings.
And the real fanatics grab a bottle with a pizza delivery. (I’m not quite there yet.)
But, this ranch dressing is for people who love ranch but also love eating keto. And it’s also for people who love a ranch dressing with a good kick of tang!
So, grab that salad or crudité, those Buffalo Keto chicken wings, or that Keto pizza.
You’ve got ranch to go with them!
Keto Ranch Dressing with Apple Cider Vinegar Ingredients + Substitutions:
To make this dressing (recipe yields one cup), you’ll need:

- 1 ½ teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar

I hate to start with the bad news first, but no. You can’t freeze this dressing, it would separate when thawed. But, the good news is that means that you, your friends, and your family can eat it with joyful abandon for a few days!
Speaking of eating this recipe with joyful abandon, you can double or triple the recipe for your next gathering!
