Starbucks, like many major chains, is known for being quick and convenient. Which is why it doesn’t just make for an easy coffee run to pick up that iced blonde vanilla latte or flat white on the way to work, but it’s also a great stop for a grab-and-go breakfast or lunch.
But it can be hard to keep up with the entire Starbucks menu and its current offerings. Some items have come and gone while others keep a regular appearance on the menu, and some are more seasonal or limited in availability. If you’re a sandwich person who’s looking to see what sandwiches are available at Starbucks, we’ve compiled a complete list for you.Â

Starbucks Breakfast Sandwiches
Starbucks offers a plethora of breakfast sandwiches and wraps that are typically served all day, all of which feature eggs or egg whites and cheese with a selection of meat or plant-based ingredients. All of the breakfast sandwiches are heated in-store and served hot.
Just keep in mind that while these sandwiches are usually on regular rotation on the Starbucks menu, their offerings do change throughout the year and the menu tends to vary overall based on store location, so not every sandwich below might be available at your local Starbucks. None of Starbucks’ sandwiches are vegan or gluten-free, but they do offer a few vegetarian options.
And good news: at most Starbucks locations, you’ll find the sandwiches available all day. Regardless of whether it’s a breakfast or lunch item, if it’s displayed in the store’s food case it’s usually up for grabs, no matter the time of day. And if you don’t see what you want, it’s always worth asking if the store has one hiding in the back.
Here are all of the sandwiches (including wraps) available at Starbucks based on their current menu, along with descriptions of the item, whether the sandwich falls under any specific dietary category, and calorie counts.Â

Although they tend to be more limited in availability based on location, Starbucks has several lunch sandwiches on their menu such as grilled cheese and a turkey pesto panini. With the exception of the peanut butter and jelly sandwich that comes in a protein box, all lunch sandwiches are also heated and served warm; however, since everything is pre-cooked these can also be eaten as is.

Starbucks offers various types of sandwiches, including breakfast sandwiches, wraps, and warm lunch sandwiches. Their sandwich selections are mostly panini-style sandwiches that feature eggs, cheeses, meats, vegetables, and condiment spreads on a variety of artisan rolls and breads. Starbucks has plant-based and vegetarian sandwich options available as well.
The majority of the sandwiches on the Starbucks menu are heated in store and served warm or hot, with the exception of the PB&J in one of their protein box items. However, since the sandwiches are all pre-cooked, they can be consumed cold if desired.
Starbucks recently introduced a Chicken, Maple Butter & Egg Sandwich which they fairly quickly discontinued. This was a hot breakfast sandwich made with white-meat chicken, eggs, and maple butter spread on a toasted oat-biscuit roll. The sandwich was removed from the menu because it didn’t meet Starbucks quality standards.
