  1. Use a blender or food processor to blend the strawberries and water together.
  2. Strain the liquid and discard the pulp.
  3. Add lemon juice to the strawberry juice.
  4. Pour gelatin over strawberry lemon juice. Mix well.
  5. Let the mixture soak for a minute or until it gels up.
  6. Heat the remaining 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan on low heat. You want the water to be hot but not boiling.
  7. Pour the hot water over the gelatin mixture.
  8. Use a whisk and mix the ingredients together.
  9. Add the raw honey to the mixture.
  10. Pour into molds or into a 5×7 inch pyrex pan.
  11. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.
  12. Store fruit snacks in a closed container in the refrigerator.
