Dried Cranberries Homemade Fruit Snacks

  1. Soak 1 cup of dried cranberries with 1 cup of water for at least 1 hour.
  2. Blend the soaked cranberries and the water in a food processor or blender.
  3. Pour gelatin over the cranberry puree and mix well.
  4. Let the gelatin sit in the juice for a minute or until it gels up.
  5. Heat 1/4 cup of water in a saucepan on low heat. You want the water to be hot but not boiling.
  6. Pour the hot water over the gelatin mixture.
  7. Use a whisk and mix the ingredients together.
  8. Pour into molds or into a 5×7 inch pyrex pan.
  9. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.
  10. Store fruit snacks in a closed container in the refrigerator.
